I found a bicycle saddle cover on the footpath along the Dodder at the Packhorse Bridge, in Milltown.
Flying Tiger metal case
Circular, turquoise-coloured. Last definite sighting Rathmines, 28/12/2023. Used for headphones but would be empty. Possibly used for sellotape or sweets when originally bought.
