Lost ladies gold wedding ring engraved on inside

Hi I lost my wedding ring a gold band with barley twist edge. Inside it was engraved with the name Plunkett and the date 03/09/94. I have never given up hope that I will find it. It is our 20th wedding anniversary this Wednesday. Would be the best present ever.
