Lost engagement ring Birmingham or Dublin Airport or on Ryanair flight

Was on flight from Birmingham to Dublin Sunday 8th January and have lost a 3 diamond engagement ring on platinum band. Either at Birmingham Airport, during the flight (Ryanair 12:20 to Dublin) or at Dublin Airport. Very precious to me as was my Grandmothers
