lost brooch in dublin city

my details are sketchy but my mother lost a brooch in dublin city centre about 21 years ago . the value of the brooch is very little but the c sentimental value is huge . the brooch is a gold script writing and says the name 'jim' . to get it back would mean a lot to us and to her .
